TELSTRA WORKS WITH KEY AGENCIES TO CREATE NEW TELSTRA BRAND

Much of the good press directed at Telstra lately can been directly attributed to the way Telstra has concentrated on upgrading it’s level of customer service and improving the customer experience. It’s well known that David Thodey comes from a strong marketing background and it’s that focus that is driving the customer–centric ‘New Telstra’.

The past few months have seen a number of very significant changes at the most senior levels of Telstra, including the recruitment of well known and highly regarded marketer, Mark Buckman, to head the Telstra Marketing team.

Mark Buckman’s marketing team has been working closely with Telstra’s key agencies to design and develop the new Telstra Brand; the new face of Telstra. The new brand will communicate the refreshing new way Telstra communicates with it’s customers.

Now after many months of research, development and testing, the new Telstra brand is in the first stages of being rolled out.

Imagine the complexity of totally changing everything, from letterheads and business cards, all the way through to television commercials and press adverts; everywhere the brand is used. The task of re-branding Telstra is nothing short of mind boggling.
