Business Mobile Advantage Plans (BMA) is a refresh of Business Mobile PLUS plans. The new suite of plans will help to enhance your market competitiveness by adding more value into the plan and by increasing the current low market share across high end plans.

Included Allowance Changes:

  • Included data allowance for every plan, excluding the $10 plan
  • Unlimited Standard SMS to Australian numbers on $70 plans and above
  • Unlimited MessageBank® retrieval and diversion in Australia on $90 plans and above
  • Inclusion of selected 12xx number calls as an Included call type
Call Rate Option changes:
  • Removal of Bonus Options
  • New Call Rate Options – Timed or Untimed on $30 - $90 plans
  • No call connection fees
  • Same call rate on and off-peak (24/7)
Intra Account Calling changes:
  • Free intra account voice and video calls and SMS from BMA plans to other BMA plans
    on same account, all while in Australia
International Roaming Allowance Changes:
  • Included International Roaming Allowance on BMA $150 plans can only be used for
    voice calls & SMS
Service Level Bolt On Changes:
  • A suite of bolt on packs for customers to tailor for their usage
  • Unlimited SMS pack
  • 3 MessageBank packs (Unlimited MessageBank Diversion & Retrieval,
    Unlimited MessageBank Plus, Unlimited Voice2Text™)
  • 3 Email solution packs (BIS, BES, Mobile Connect)
  • Shareable Business Mobile Data pack for use in Australia
    ($10/1GB, $19/2GB, $29/3GB, $39/5GB, $69/12GB)
Included Data changes:
  • Unused monthly data allowances can be shared with other Business Mobile Advantage services
    on the same account, excluding the $10 plan

Remind customers of the great value they will receive with data sharing between eligible services, included data allowances for every plan except the $10 plan, no call connection fee for standard voice and video calls except on the $10 plan, per second charging on standard calls with the timed call option, unlimited SMS (to Australian numbers) on $70 plans and above, unlimited MessageBank retrieval and diversion in Australia on $90 plans and above, and the more services on an account, the better the call rate.

And there’s more. Customers may be eligible to receive a welcome credit when they bring a mobile service from competitor and stay connected to a $40 or more plan for 24 months.
