RESEARCH HELPS TELSTRA BUSINESS ACCREDITED PARTNERS

As a part of Telstra’s constant desire to find ways to improve our customer service in all aspects of the business, we have recently engaged GAPbuster Worldwide to help us learn more about the customer experience at Total Solutions Partners and Telstra Business Centres across the country.

The general objectives of the GAPbuster Worldwide research is to help grow sales, retain customers and identify ways to improve the customer deal with Telstra and our partners.

Having identified the customer loyalty drivers, GAPbusters set out to identify and recognise the businesses that best meet the Telstra customer service needs.

The GAPbuster research project looked closely at Telstra customer experience across the country including a ‘Mystery Shopping’ component for ‘real life’ insights. The research and the resulting reports will be a valuable tool in helping us to find improvements and recognize our partners within the channel who are delivering an enhanced customer experience.
